Why teachers are telling parents what to feed their children, even when it isn’t their responsibility

Audrey Milford can’t believe what some people pack their kids for lunch. On school trips, the mother of two from Waterdown, Ont., says it’s hard to watch kids eat. “It’s horrifying – I see Jos Louis and those so-called ‘smart lunches’ that are just processed meat and processed cheese and crap crackers. It annoys me, but it’s not my place to say anything.”
